Safe Load Program (SLP) Passport

Formally known as AIP Passport

The SLP load training and identification program is designed to provide industry drivers, terminal operators and trainers with the knowledge and skill to safely enter a fuel terminal or fuel depot for the purpose of loading a bulk fuel tanker.

SLP Passport Fee

Participant is to pay SLP passport fee online to SLP and register online.

Age: Applicants MUST be 21 or over and hold a current Dangerous Goods Licence

  • When registering on the SLP website you need:
    – Your current Dangerous Goods Licence number and expiry date
    – A photo of yourself
  • After the training at Kells Training Centre – Kells will confirm your approved training online the SLP website
    (But Kells can only confirm training once you have registered with SLP)
  • Once Face to Face training is completed and Kells confirms this via the SLP system, the participant will be granted immediate access to the online assessment process when they login to SLP
  • This means trainees will no longer be required to book in and attend a terminal to complete an online assessment
